When will I see my raise?

Effective Dates for Pay Raises for FY24:

• Classified staff*: adjustments will take effect June 11, 2023 (pay date July 7, 2023).
• Non-classified staff* and 12-month faculty: adjustments will take effect June 25, 2023, to coincide with fiscal year contract dates (pay date July 21, 2023).
• Faculty (9, 10, or 11-month contract): adjustments will take effect July 23, 2023 (pay date August 18, 2023). 

*Classified and Non-classified staff on deferred pay may have a different effective date depending on their FY23 deferred pay contract date selection.

The HR Office will be preparing and distributing letters to each individual employee that details their specific CEC increases, and resulting FY24 pay rate.  If you wish to understand these calculations in more detail, please see the example scenarios below.
